Every fifth inhabitant of Latvia evaluates their oral health as bad or very bad
In 2019, the condition of teeth and gums was assessed as good and very good by 45.8 % of the population, and as bad or very bad - by every fifth inhabitant of Latvia (20.0 %).
The collection of statistics covers information on the number of children births and deaths, as well as age composition, state of health, education, social protection thereof, risk of material deprivation and monetary poverty in households with children, economic activity of children, use of information technologies, violence against children and children in conflict with law in 2018 and in comparison, with the previous years.
