Internet usage at households continues to increase
The share of households having access to the Internet at home is increasing each year – in 2019 it comprised 85.4 % of households.
During two years use of social media in enterprises rose by 10.9 percentage points
99 % of Latvian enterprises used internet at the beginning of 2019 and 64.2 % of enterprises had their own website.
Just like in other European countries, demographic burden in Latvia is rising, therefore successful youth integration into the labour market becomes increasingly significant.
