On changes of foreign trade unit value in the 3rd quarter of 2011
Compared to the corresponding period of 2010, unit value (UV) in the 3rd quarter of 2011 increased by 11.2% for exported goods and by 4.9% for imported goods. In its turn, compared to the previous quarter, unit value of exported goods increased by 0.3% and of imported goods by 1.0%.

Compared to the previous quarter, the average level of export unit value in the 3rd quarter of 2011 was mostly promoted by the UV growth for miscellaneous manufactured articles, for mineral products and for textiles and textile articles.
The UV increase for mineral products, textiles and textile articles as well as for products of the chemical and allied industries had the greatest impact on the average level of import UV in the 3rd quarter of 2011, as compared to the 2nd quarter of 2011.
