Convicted personsPersons recognized as guilty of a crime by a court that has passed an appropriate verdict to apply the punishment established by the Criminal Law, provided that such verdict has taken legal effect.
Cooperation with state, local government or public service providers
Cooperation with state, local government or public service providers – this section is on electronic services, excluding e-mail, used by state institutions and some providers of public services.
Includes homepages which are related to:
- obligations of population (e.g., declaration of taxes, notification on the change of place of residence);
- rights of population (e.g., social benefits);
- official documents (e.g., identification card, birth certificate);
- public education services (libraries, registration opportunities in kindergartens, schools or other educational institutions);
- public health services (e.g., hospital services).
Does not include public postal, transport, public utilities, as well as news and weather forecast (meteo.lv).
Country of residence
The country, in which the principal dwelling of a person is located, with the person living in it or intending to do so for a period longer than one year.
If there is uncertainty about which dwelling is the principal dwelling, it is identified from the length of time spent there during the year (i.e., at least 185 days during the calendar year).
