Data reflects average purchase price of agricultural area for which natural or legal persons have purchased agricultural area in the report period (calendar year).


Areas regularly farmed, usually in accordance with the crop rotation scheme of the holding.

It includes sown areas of agricultural crops, fallows, areas of strawberries, flowers and open areas of ornamental plants, open nurseries and utilised areas of greenhouses.

Pay for 1 hectare of arable area, which includes arable area and/or meadows and pastures, which was purchased from natural or legal persons, which sell land for use in agriculture.

Excludes non-agricultural transactions (purchase of land for recreation or real estate transactions, building sites, etc.), as well as purchase-sale transactions among relatives.

Agricultural area (arable land, permanent crops, meadows and pastures) actually managed by the holding, regardless of its type of tenure.

Areas which have been used to yield the forage crops for more than five years, and which are not included in the system of crop rotation.
