Retail trade turnover in July 2010

Compared to June, total retail trade turnover (according to seasonally adjusted data at constant prices) in July of this year reduced by 0.5%, according to the data of Central Statistical Bureau. Retail trade of food products has increased by 2.1%, but retail trade of non-food products has reduced by 1.8%.

Compared to July 2009 total retail trade turnover in July of this year has decreased by 2%, according to working (trade) day adjusted data, calculating at constant prices. Most notable decrease was recorded in non-food product group – by 2.2%. Retail trade of food products reduced only by 1.8 %.
