GDP flash estimate: growth in the second quarter by 3.8%
According to flash estimate of the CSB, in the 2nd quarter of 2013, compared to the 2nd quarter of 2012, gross domestic product (GDP) value (seasonally unadjusted data) has increased by 3.8%.GDP growth was affected by increases in services sectors – of 7%, in trade – of 3% and in construction – of 5%, as well as well by decreases in manufacturing by 0.6%.
According to seasonally adjusted data in the 2nd quarter of 2013, compared to the 1st quarter of 2013, GDP has grown by 0.5%.
