The data of Central Statistical Bureau show that in October 2006, in comparison with September, the turnover of retail trade enterpriseshas increased by 9.1%, calculated at constant prices, but, compared to October 2005, it has increased by 27.2%.

In January-October of 2006, in comparison with January-October 2005, the turnover of retail trade enterprises has increased by 19.1%.

Compared to September 2006, retail trade turnover of enterprises, the main activity of which is the sale of motor vehicles, motorcycles and parts and accessories thereof increased in October 2006 by 3.1%, but compared to October of the previous year, it has increased by 75.5%, of which the increase in the sales turnover of motor vehicles was 105.9%.

In January-October 2006, compared to January-October 2005, sales turnover of motor vehicles, motorcycles and parts and accessories thereof increased by 73.8%.

The turnover of automotive fuel retail sale enterprises in October of this year, in comparison with October 2005, increased by 26.0% at constant prices. In January-October 2006, compared to the corresponding period of 2005, the retail trade turnover of enterprises selling automotive fuel increased by 20.3%.

The turnover of catering enterprises in October 2006, in comparison with September 2006 (at constant prices), has increased by 5.9%, and, in comparison with the corresponding period of 2005, it has increased by 21.2%.
