Compared to January 2005, the turnover of retail trade enterprises in February this year decreased by 3.2% but compared to February 2005, it has increased by 15.1%, according to the Central Statistical Bureau.

Compared to January, retail trade turnover of enterprises the main activity of which is the sale of motor vehicles, motorcycles and parts thereof increased in February 2006 by 9.2% but compared to February of the previous year, it has increased by 75.3%, of which the increase in the sales turnover of motor vehicles was 65.7%.

Compared to January-February 2005, sales turnover of motor vehicles, motorcycles and parts thereof increased in January-February 2006 by 73.5%; sales turnover of motor vehicles rose by 58.6%.

Compared to February 2005, retail trade turnover of enterprises selling automotive fuel in February this year rose by 32.8%.

Compared to the corresponding period of 2005, retail trade turnover of enterprises selling automotive fuel in January-February 2006 increased by 39.2%/
