Domestic trade in April 2006

The data of Central Statistical Bureau show that in April of this year, in comparison with the preceding month, the turnover of retail trade enterprises (calculated in comparable prices) has remained at the previous level, but, compared to April 2005, it has increased by 14.0%.

In January-April of 2006, in comparison with January-April 2005, the turnover of retail trade enterprises has increased by 15.4%.

Compared to March 2006, retail trade turnover of enterprises, the main activity of which is the sale of motor vehicles, motorcycles and parts and accessories thereof decreased in April 2006 by 6%, but compared to April of the previous year, it has increased by 50.7%, of which the increase in the sales turnover of motor vehicles was 72.9%.

In January-April 2006, compared to January-April 2005, sales turnover of motor vehicles, motorcycles and parts and accessories thereof increased by 71.8%.

Compared to March of this year, in comparison with March 2005, the turnover of retail trade enterprises selling automotive fuel rose by 46.1%.

In April of this year, he turnover of automotive fuel retail sale enterprises, calculated in comparable prices, has increased by 24.1% in comparison with April 2005. In January-April 2006, compared to the corresponding period of 2005, the retail trade turnover of enterprises selling automotive fuel increased by 37.1%.

The turnover of catering enterprises in April of this year, in comparison with April 2005 (in comparable prices), has grown by 4.9%, but in January-April 2006, in comparison with the corresponding period of 2005, the turnover of catering enterprises has increased by 8.6%.
