|8/ Due to the fact that starting from 1 January 2014 Latvia became part of the Eurosystem, data were recalculated into euro in line with fixed exchange rate 1 EUR = 0.702804 LVL.|
|9/ With the adoption of the euro as from 1 January 2014, the Bank of Latvia has ceased to quote and publish the daily official exchange rates since the determination of the exchange rate of the euro against third currencies is the responsibility of the European Central Bank. The exchange rate of the Latvian lats (LVL) to the euro has been irrevocably fixed at 0.702804. Euro foreign exchange reference rates fixed by the European Central Bank are re-disseminated on the website of the Bank of Latvia.|
