STATISTICAL YEARBOOK OF LATVIA, 2015
In its content the yearbook is the most extensive annual publication that offers a broad picture of social and economic phenomena and processes in the country. The majority of data cover the time period from 2010 to 2014. The yearbook provides information on social and political situation, economy and finance, population and social processes, sectors of national economy, as well as on science and technologies. A separate chapter compiles information on international comparisons of social and economic indicators. The publication contains 10 thematic chapters. Each thematic chapter contains several subheadings. The publication covers the following thematic sections: general data, economy and finance, population and social conditions, industry, construction, trade and services, agriculture, forestry and fishing, foreign trade, transport, energy and environmental protection, information technologies, science and innovations, comparative international statistics. Information in the yearbook is given in tables, charts and maps, thus simplifying the perception of the information. In addition to the statistical information, explanations of the main statistical terms, methodological information on data sources and calculation methods of selected indicators are published in the yearbook. Information from the CSB and other institutions was used to compile the yearbook. Statistical information was obtained by conducting statistical surveys, as well as by using data from public registers and other information systems. The information source is indicated at the beginning of each chapter.

MONTHLY BULLETIN OF LATVIAN STATISTICS
The monthly bulletin of Latvian statistics provides provisional monthly and quarterly information on the economic and social situation in Latvia, as well as on the results of statistical surveys and researches. A separate chapter is devoted to the social and economic key indicators of the Baltic States; statistical data on other countries are also included. The introductory table of the publication provides statistics on the key social and economic indicators, whereas the rest of the information in tables is published in the following sections: economy and finance, population and social conditions, industry, construction, domestic trade, tourism, agriculture, forestry and fishing, foreign trade, transport, environment and energy. At the beginning of each section there are explanatory notes concerning the data sources and calculation methods of set indicators.

The tables and graphs of the informative leaflet present the information on general government sector according to the methodology of the European System of Accounts (ESA 2010): main indicators, comparative international statistics. Data are prepared on 2014 compared to previous years.

The text, tables and graphs of the informative leaflet present the main information on the average prices of set goods and services that can be easily grouped and described according to common features. Prices for goods with wide assortment, for example, for clothes, footwear, electronic goods, etc., are not published.

This statistical data collection includes information on the number and changes of population, breakdowns by gender, age and ethnic composition; the demographic burden, marriages and divorces, fertility, mortality, long-term migration, citizenship.
The main summary data are shown in dynamics. Part of the indicators is broken down by statistical region and city under state jurisdiction.
RESULTS OF THE POPULATION AND HOUSING CENSUS 2011 IN LATVIA
Population and Housing Census data collection brings together final summary data of the Population and Housing Census 2011 in Latvia on the population size and composition by sex and age, economic activity of population including branches of economy and occupations, level of education, ethnicities, country of birth, citizenship, internal and international migration, language mostly spoken at home, use of Latgalian, subtype of Latvian language, on a daily basis, households, families, as so as data characterising dwellings.
The most important data are given in comparisons with the data from previous Censuses. To show data prominently maps, including 1 km grid maps for some indicators, graphs as well as the key indicator summary tables, where the majority of indicators are given for each statistical region, city and county, are used.
In some cases, due to rounding adjustments slight discrepancies may occur between the total and sum of its components.
The data are published in compliance with the administrative-territorial division of Latvia on the date of Population and Housing Census, i.e. as of 01.03.2011.
CHILDREN IN LATVIA, 2015
The collection of statistical data comprises statistical data on the number of children births and deaths, their age composition, health status, education, social protection, risk of material deprivation and monetary poverty in households with children, economic activity of underage children, use of information technologies, violence against children and children in conflict with law in 2014, in comparison with previous years.

INCOME AND LIVING CONDITIONS IN LATVIA 2014
In the collection of statistical data information on the survey "Community Statistics on Income and Living Conditions (EU-SILC) 2014" is compiled. This survey is carried out in all European Union (EU) Member States and it compiles harmonized information according to common methods and definitions, which ensure data comparability among the EU Member States. The data cover the following aspects of living conditions: household composition, income of households, housing conditions, ability of households to cover different expenses (material deprivation aspects), health self-assessment and access to health care, other indicators related to income and living conditions.

AGRICULTURE IN LATVIA, 2015
The collection of statistical data contains the key indicators characterising the situation in agriculture in 2010, 2011-2014: sown areas, harvested production and yield of agricultural crops, number of livestock, livestock production, use of mineral and organic fertilisers, grouping of agricultural holdings by sown area and yield of agricultural crops and number of livestock, supply balance sheets and prices of agricultural products.
Selected indicators are presented in breakdown by statistical region and are compared to other Baltic States.

TRANSPORT IN LATVIA, 2015
The statistical data collection presents statistics for the period 2005-2014 on the length of roads, the number of transport means as well as on transport operations broken down by main kinds of transport. It contains detailed information on freight transport by road taken from the sample survey of lorries that CSB conducted in the period between 2010-2014. Selected indicators are given in comparison with other countries.

TOURISM IN LATVIA, 2015
This statistical data collection contains information drawn from the survey of persons crossing the state border and the travellers survey that were carried out in 2014. Also included are data on the hotels and similar accommodation establishments as well as on the activities of travel agencies. Data are given in comparison with previous years.
ENVIRONMENTAL INDICATORS IN LATVIA 2014
Statistical data collection on the use of investment and current expenditure on protection of nature resources and environment, on emission of hazardous substances into atmosphere, on municipal and hazardous waste, as well as air emissions accounts, material flow accounts. Data are provided in breakdown by city and region.
